You can’t say much when you think someone is looking at you, but you do tend to wonder what the other is thinking half the time. Other times you could get offended real easily by the glance from someone. Though there was one thing that was different about this person watching. It was D’von… He had been here for about 2 turns. And most of the population of the Weyr had done gotten used to his Womanizing. If they weren’t then that was there problem… No matter how many times he had been punished to do sweeps, watch duty, and many other things did it never change.
He kept a vigilant eye out today. He kept telling himself that he would meet that special someone today. It was just a gut feeling… What do you think Woe? Do you think that I will find my love today? he looked over to where his dragon was sun bathing. D’von and Woeith never got too far apart. When his Woe would I think you would have just as much as a chance as I catching a gold in a mating flight, ridermine He rumbled.
“Whatever, woe… I’ll get one” He looked over to his dragon as he smiled. He turned his attention back to the bowl. Waiting for someone to emerge.
Illiana sighed quietly as she wandered down one of the passages leading to the Weyrbowl. She hadn’t been able to find anything to do, and Dyamoth had finally suggested flying for a bit. The Weyrwoman had agreed wholeheartedly and had instantly headed for the Weyrbowl where her Gold would meet her. As Illiana emerged from the passage way, she caught sight of a very familiar face. D’von. The man was a womanizer, but he had yet to try and seduce Illiana, a challenge he would probably enjoy. She glanced up at the sky, and seeing no Dyamoth, the Goldrider decided to approach the Brownrider. “Hello, D’von. Having a good day so far?” Her smile was bright and welcoming, but beneath it, the young woman wondered if the lusty Brownrider would try anything. Before D’von had a chance to respond, Dyamoth landed in the Weyrbowl and made her way towards the trio. Greetings, Woeith. How are you and Yours? The Gold crooned to the Brown as she came to a stop. He is a handsome creature, Mine. Dyamoth privately told her rider. Illiana’s expression remained the same, but it was hard not to laugh. You do know that in order for Akum to survive, you must mate with a Bronze, Dya. Yes, but he is still handsome.
((OOC: I just got done with three 1000+ word Posts... So this one may not be all that great...))
D'von spotted her before she did him. He quickly brushed his hair and made sure that there where no obvious stains on his jerken. When she spoke to him he knew that he could have found his love today, if he played his cards right at least. Watch this Woe.
He cleared his throat and steped down from the rock that he and his brown shared durring the days... he tended to call it his own... he would fight other riders and dragons for this one spot... it had all the right views to see everyone in the bowl... and even through some whers, if the curtan was open.
"Why hello Illiana, fancy seeing you here... I would have thought you busy. It would seem though to me that it is not. Something came up that you would have to see me?" he asked as he placed his hand upon his bare chest, which was quite tanned from all the sun that he had recived. He gave his usual broad smile.
Dyamoth arrives Rider'mine Woeith said in his usual calm voice. He himself half raising to the golden dragon that landed near by. She asked him a question and he quickly responed, I am fine... he is Fine... and so is the queen today. I would say your rider has done a good job on your hide. Not a piece of sand or speck anywhere. he said privatly to the gold with a half bow. Not wanting to give his rider tips on how to seduce dragons.
